Supreme Court rejects Dragon’s Den appeal

The Supreme Court of Canada has refused to hear an appeal from John Turmel, a contestant on CBC’s “Dragon’s Den” program. Stockwoods lawyers M. Philip Tunley and Andrea Gonsalves successfully secured summary judgment dismissing Turmel’s claims on behalf of the CBC, and upheld that result in the Court of Appeal.
