Stockwoods lawyers publish two articles in Canadian Journal of Administrative Law and Practice

The latest issue of the Canadian Journal of Administrative Law and Practice features two articles by Stockwoods lawyers.  Stephen Aylward and Luisa Ritacca published an article entitled “In Defence of Administrative Law: Procedural Fairness for Administrative Monetary Penalties”.  Aaron Dantowitz published a case comment called “Re Kachkar: Is the public interest entitled to procedural fairness?”  The Canadian Journal of Administrative Law and Practice is published by Carswell, under the auspices of the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals.
