Ontario’s highest court has dismissed a constitutional challenge to the province’s Health Professions Procedural Code, and in particular the mandatory revocation of a regulated health professional’s certificate for certain forms of sexual misconduct. The Court held that the challenged provisions were properly within the legislative power of the province.
