Gerald Chan to speak at Canada’s first food law conference

Our colleague Gerald Chan will be speaking at The Future of Food Law and Policy, the first ever food law conference in Canada.  Food law is an emerging area of regulation in Canada and Gerald will be presenting on the investigation and prosecution of food labelling offences under the Food and Drugs Act and other statutes.  The conference will be held in Halifax at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University on November 3-4, 2016.  For more on the conference, including a full agenda and bios of all of the speakers, visit foodlaw.ca.
