Lindsay was called to the bar in 2016 and joined Stockwoods in 2017 after serving as a law clerk to Justices Laskin, Pepall, van Rensburg, and Miller at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She previously summered and articled at a full-service law firm in Toronto where she worked on a variety of civil, commercial, and administrative law matters.

Lindsay obtained her JD at Western University and graduated with distinction. While at law school, Lindsay received a number of academic awards including the James Watkinson QC Award for academic achievement and the Canada Law Book Award for excellence in torts. She competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Competition, actively volunteered with Western’s other advocacy events, and was a teaching assistant in both property law and contract law.  Prior to attending law school, Lindsay completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and graduated with distinction.
